A&S Customer "Double-Teamed" in Austin

Anthony & Sylvan surveys customers at various times in their business relationship to constantly gauge the depth and successes of the partnership. Periodically, this leads to improvements to insure the customers experience to be remarkable - but much can be said about how effective the existing processes really are as is evident in their recent survey response from a prospect in Austin. Dave was on time. Guess I was expecting him to be tardy as, simple as it is, some have trouble finding our neighborhood.

He was kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and insightful. He offered suggestions while both hearing and listening to what we envisioned. He was forthright on sharing high costs of slides which made me confident that he wasn’t out for a big sale. He praised Joe, the one in charge of the construction.

Because I wanted this first meeting to be very basic, I did not get a detailed estimate but a general one. We will most likely have a 2^nd meeting where my husband will be present, and then, I’m confident, Dave will offer a more specific estimate.

In sharing with my husband the details of our meeting, I’ve learned that 3 of his coworkers had pools constructed in the recent past. 2 are no longer in business and the other was done by you guys.

Additionally, Felicia was prompt, polite, kind, and helpful. She is a gem as the first point of contact for a potential client! For whatever reason, your company was the first of 4 pool dealerships I contacted for home consultations, and BY FAR Anthony & Sylvan’s professionalism in knowledge and courteousness out-shined the others; 5 stars for Felicia!

Anthony & Sylvan Pools Enters San Antonio in a BIG Way!

It has been said that everything is BIGGER in Texas, and Anthony & Sylvan Pools certainly understands that dynamic since they've been doing business there for more than 40 years already!

Now, A&S is entering San Antonio in a BIG way in 2012, having forged a strategic alliance with (the former) Anderson Pools in Bulverde, Texas. Anthony & Sylvan assumed their location on January 24th, 2012 and brought industry veteran Steven Anderson on-board as the Sales Manager for the greater San Antonio area.

The new Anthony & Sylvan location on Hwy 281 outside of San Antonio features a magnificent display pools for customers to look at with a detached spa and outdoor kitchen (shown above).

The announcement was made to coincide with the NESPA show in Atlantic City in January.

Cookies have always been a holiday treat, and this year is no different. One enterprising customer baked-up this concoction and served it fresh out of the oven. Generous portions of quality materials and a pinch of just the right temperature, makes for a very satisfied recipient once this masterpiece comes out of the oven!

Whether we're talking about actually baking cookies, or the much more substantial exercise of building your own backyard swimming pool - Anthony & Sylvan should be the name on the product!

An unsolicited letter arrived on the desk of the A&S Renovation General Manager's desk in the Northeast Region of the country today. General Manager, Bill Lee, prides himself on building the most professional staff in the pool renovation sector, so he wasn't surprised by the contents of the letter at all. Houston Pool on the Water

Recently, the Anthony & Sylvan Pools team in Houston finished this remarkable waterfront project to the delight of the homeowner!

David Bandy - A&S Project Manager extraordinaire - guided this Bill Shuler design and installation through a series of topographic challenges that would make most pool builders run for the hills. But not David - and NOT Anthony & Sylvan.

The results are absolutely gorgeous and allow the owner to sit next to the dock and enjoy their new swimming pool in the peace and tranquility of this beautiful Houston neighborhood.

No wonder they say: Anthony & Sylvan - It's Where America Swims!

Anthony & Sylvan Transforms Backyard

When the Malchow's in Spring Lake decided it was time to UPGRADE their pool, they consulted our Renovation Specialist, John Slezak, to show them the options that would make this pool " better than new".

With the help of Sean Murray at Nature's Apprentice, John came up with a plan to bring this pool back to life with some top-notch upgrades. Among the upgrades, you'll see the MAS Noche Honed Coping and a beautiful matching Cambridge Paver patio. New equipment was installed and fresh new Sapphire Ansylbrite finish.

Thanks to the partners from CPS Cope and Tile, CL Miller Plumbing, Nature's Apprentice, and Sabino's Pool Plaster for another job well done.
